Recycling Packaging Guide
Reducing
waste and using resources more efficiently are long-standing policy objectives
for the UK-Government.
There is also growing public and scientific concern about the environment and health impacts of pollution from plastic packaging, particularly because of plastic litter in the oceans.
This is why, at Graham Tyson, we want to let you know that all of our packaging is fully recyclable.
Our plastic products are either made of Polypropylene (PP) or High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) or Polyethylene terephthalate (PET), which are recyclable where facilities exist.
To aid recycling, most of our plastic containers have the material code symbol on their bases
When metal products reach the end of their useful life, the materials are simply collected and recycled, again and again, with no loss of their inherent properties.
Metals are known as a permanent material.
